Video Vbox & Mini Input Module

I'm trying to use a Video Vbox along with a Mini Input Module (MIM). However, I can't get the Video Vbox to recognize the MIM.

I configured the MIM Analog 1 channel in the Video Vbox Setup software, and tried to follow everything in the user manual.

Do I need to use the "Stand Alone Setup Software" and the RLVBCAB01 cable to configure the MIM first? If anybody has any tips or can give me help, I would appreciate it.

I talked to Racelogic, and it looks like my MIM might not be configured properly for the Video Vbox. They're going to configure the module for me, and hopefully it will work then. I'll keep you all updated.
