VBO GPS format

Hiya

Can somebody tell me what the representation/format/etc of the GPS data in the video VBOX .VBO files is?

For silverstone I have some data which is as:
008 125534.30 003124.59853 000060.72494 .....
008 125534.40 003124.59848 000060.72497 .....

as you can see the LAT is 3214.59853 and LONG as 60.72494. But on Google earth etc, Silversone is LAT 52° 4'36.07"N and LONG 1° 0'45.70"W

????
