Adding a brake trigger point to export to G.E.

I have some data files that I want to add a brake trigger point at a spot I pick so when I export the file to Google earth, I can see that location. For an example, 30' after the veh starts moving I want to mark that point so I can say at that location the veh is moving X speed.

Any help would be appreciated.
