Problem: G meter not displaying on Scene

Hi,

I sent customer service an email, but perhaps someone on the boards could shed some light if I'm missing something obvious.

I have a G-Meter in my scene file (saves fine, looks good!), but when I upload to my video Box Lite, the g-meter magically disappears?! See attached gifs.

If i get an answer from customer service, I'll post back here as well!

Hi there! :D

This is caused by an out of date version of VVB firmware. As the box does not recognise the new element created in the software, it cannot display it.:confused:

You can fix this very quickly and easily by upgrading your VVB firmware - the file you need to do this can be found on our website.:thumbsup: :thumbsup:
Simply put the firmware file on the root of an SD card and load it into the VVB unit when fully powered.
