G meter missing from screen shot

Hi, I think I may have changed a setting on the video vbox lite. The G meter has vanished from the screen shot. I can see it on the setup page and can upload to the box but when I request a screen shot.....its gone. Got any ideas?

Hi,

What firmware / software versions do you have installed? Sometimes the G meter can disappear if a scene from a newer version of software is loaded into an older version of firmware that does not support the element...

If you want to send your scene file and a VBO file over from the VVB then I can have a look for you :) email support@racelogic.co.uk :thumbsup:

If you do need to update your firmware and software, then I can send you all the information on how to do this..

I was running a lap top (PC) with latest firmware and then took the files over to a Mac running XP....

I see what you mean, somewhere between the two something has gone astray.

Let me get over this weekend and I will email the file to you. Can you let me know the latest software/ firmware upgrades?

OK, if you have already updated the firmware on your Video VBOX then it may be that you just have to update the software on your mac....
