How do you edit the data in a dbn file -- that is, remove the 2-hour drive that inadvertently got on the same file as the first 30-minute track session. I used to be able to do that pre-upgrade, but can find no way to do it now.

You say cut it and save-as. That's the problem. I see no way to cut data or to save-as. Those options aren't available that I can see, regardless of display selected. The pdf user manual says nothing about editing data either.
I just updated to the new firmware / software, so maybe something isn't right. If I should be seeing editing options, tell me, and I'll call the company on Monday.
I just noticed -- I'm not in VBOX tools, I'm in Circuit Tools. Does that make a difference? I went in and opened Performance Tools, and I see it has options for editing data. But it doesn't recognize my .dbn file -- it wants .vbo files. Now I'm really confused.
Thanks,
Stuart

Yes I believe it does matter. I know vBox Tools has this capability. You position the cursor at the point you want to cut. SHIFT-X removes everything before the cursor, and CTRL-X removes everything after. Try it in pBox tools. Then if that fails and you don't have vBox Tools, send me the file and tell me where you want to edit, and I'll make the cut as send it back to you. I'll send you a PM with my email address.
Now I feel dumb. All I had to do was change the selection from .vbo files to .dbn files in the "Open File" window, and I could open them in Performance Tools. There it was trivial to edit the file, and I could go back to Circuit Tools to set the S/F and see all my lap data.
Thanks for the suggestions and help nonetheless. I appreciate it.
