Default Missing elements after updating software

Vbox lite PC running Vista, after recent update of software, making a new scene and found just three track maps available in the elements drop down. I remember there being a hole load of them previously, someone else I know has had this problem also ...ideas ?

Yes this is quite deliberate - rather than having a huge load of thumbnails to scroll through, simply go to Elements -> New -> Trackmap, and then choose the circuit you want from the list in the database.

Thanks Mike, sussed it in the end . Got onther problem now with uploading a new sceen to the Vbox lite, gets to 96% and gives a "cannot upload block" error. Rebooted , reinstalled vbox setup software, still will not complete a scene upload.

Best thing to do is send the scene you're working on to Support. Is it the latest firmware in the box? If not this could be the problem - it is necessary to use latest firmware with latest software, because if not you could be trying to upload a feature that the box doesn't actually have...

Worry not Mike, brain fade on my part im afraid, trying to upload firmware via USB FFS ... now all sorted new firmware with new software .... lost track day today at Snetterton though ! ... old scene overlayed. A question, is there any way of "editing out unwanted elements" or are they "burned" in for life? Also, when I had the problem originally at Silverstone on Thursday last with The Racing Line chaps, the box sort of defaulted, and recorded a blue screen with the VBOX details on the left, and the 2 camera outputs up in the top of the window, is there anyway of recovering the full screen vid from the file ?
Thanks for your help mate, its appreciated, I promote your product whenever I can ! great bit of kit ! .. well ... in the right hands of course !
